At Best Backup we are passionate about what we do.

Best Backup is run by IT veterans with more than 28 years experience in Storage, Computing and Security, and over 7 years of relevant hands on experience in the Online Backup, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity industry. In terms of sector experience, our staff have worked with organisations of all sizes from sole traders to telecommunications companies and international banks.

As an organisation we strive to excel in what we do and welcome feedback from our customers. We follow several very simple ethics, which are as follows:

To treat our customers at all times just as we would like to be treated ourselves - fairly.

To tell, not sell to our customers. We only want customers who are happy to be with us, so we provide advice and let you decide what you need and when.

To provide fair, transparent pricing for the services we provide.

To be very approachable. We like talking to people, so the last thing we want to do is frighten them off with hard sell tactics or to bamboozle them.

Best Backup is a trading name of OnStrada Limited, a company based in Brighton on the South Coast of England. We are wholly owned by our directors and as an organisation are debt free. This means that we are able to focus on our customers without distraction from outside investors or lenders.
